1 Introduction

Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bn89 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

2.4 Exclusion from Participation

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on bn89:

• Employees, contractors, and agents of bn89 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Immediate family members of bn89 employees (spouse, parent, child, sibling);
• Persons who have been placed under a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the bn89 Platform;
• Persons previously banned or suspended by bn89 for breach of these Terms;
• Persons acting as agents or proxies for any other individual in placing bets.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services on the bn89 Platform, you must complete the registration process via the bn89 Login page and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bn89 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Requirements

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.4 VIP Programme

The bn89 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Royal. Tier progression is based on cumulative qualifying wagering activity and is calculated transparently within each player's account dashboard. VIP benefits — including elevated withdrawal limits, personalised account management, exclusive high-limit tables, and enhanced cashback rates — are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the programme's stated cashback mechanisms. bn89 reserves the right to amend VIP programme terms, tier thresholds, and associated benefits with thirty (30) days' notice.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bn89 Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the bet you submit is correct — including the event, the market, the selection, and the stake — before confirming placement. bn89 will not reverse or amend a correctly processed bet on the grounds of player error.

6.2 Odds and Markets

bn89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error that results in odds being displayed incorrectly, bn89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without being rescheduled within the applicable settlement window;
• The bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a manifest error by bn89;
• The event result cannot be independently verified by bn89's data providers;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable fair-play rules.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned in full to the player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bn89 applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. bn89 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bn89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by bn89

bn89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bn89 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose bn89 to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk;
• The player has been identified as a self-excluded individual or a person under a mandatory exclusion order.

Upon termination for cause, bn89 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC checks.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your bn89 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable pending wagers) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14 Amendments
